The pultrusion process involves impregnating continuous fibers with resin, then passing them through a heated forming die to cure the resin. After curing, the material is cooled, pulled, and wound. We have improved production line equipment using our proprietary technology to increase production efficiency and stabilize product quality.
Filament winding can be classified into three types based on the resin state during the winding process: dry winding, wet winding, and semi-dry winding. We independently developed advanced dry winding technology and equipment, using a impregnation machine to create Towpreg materials, with strict control over resin content. Towpreg is then used in the winding process. This method avoids solvent evaporation issues, prevents product defects like bubbles, maintains good factory hygiene, and ensures high product quality.
